Coaching for (Emerging) Leaders

Do you struggle with conforming to traditional leadership styles and finding your unique voice?

Are you navigating difficult conversations and leading both inwardly and outwardly?

Are you stepping into a leadership role and want to prepare by defining your unique voice and honing your strengths?

Do you lead laterally within your organization and want to develop your strengths and address your weaknesses?

With my background in driving equality initiatives within politics, NGOs and international organizations, I want to support you driving positive societal and environmental progress.

What do you need to lead?

In my leadership coaching I am using the framework of the Inner Development Goals. It is a lens that helps map, understand, and refine your strategy to become the leader you want to be.

The IDG framework consists of 5 dimensions and 23 skills of human inner growth and development that are grounded in interdisciplinary research. These dimensions include:

  1. Being: self-awareness, self-regulation, authenticity, and embodied presence

  2. Thinking: systems thinking, critical thinking, and cognitive flexibility

  3. Relating: empathy, compassion, trust-building, and conflict resolution

  4. Collaborating: collective intelligence, dialogue, and co-creation

  5. Engaging: purpose-finding, agency, and change-making
