Nice to meet you!

Originally from Germany, I am currently living between Vienna and Berlin. Always interested in how our psychology and social behaviour influences our work places, debates and politics, I studied Public Policy and Religious Sciences, spend an Erasmus-semester in Brussels and graduated with a Master in Social Sciences, focused on social inequality.

My professional journey began through engaging students and teachers in dialogues about democracy and active citizenship in an NGO. In these formative years, I additionally trained as a systemic coach to tackle root causes further and empower individuals, teams and organizations. This purpose was driving me to continue training and practicing in systemic coaching and organizational consulting throughout my career.

While working for 5 years as a policy advisor in the German Parliament, I tackled issues such as democracy-building, anti-radicalization and anti-discrimination. In my subsequent position at the UN in Vienna, I focused on driving gender equality, women’s empowerment, and disability inclusion. Here as well, I coached numerous colleagues throughout the globe.

Studying and working abroad, serving on the board of an international human rights organization, leading several international volunteer projects, and working at the UN, provided me valuable insights into global organizational challenges and the dynamics of intercultural settings.

Combining intellectual curiosity, hands-on experience, and professional credentials, I am dedicated to fostering resilient individuals, teams, organizations and work cultures where people can thrive and contribute their unique talents.
